While Chancellor Mnookin assumed her role on August 4, 2022, the UW–Madison campus community, members of the international academic community, and representatives from the nation and elected officials will gather to celebrate the official leadership transition on Friday, April 14, 2023. The campus community is invited to participate in the procession and ceremony by joining the live stream or attending a watch party.
